5、（whom在从句中作宾语） 2) Whose 用来指人或物，(只用作定语, 若指物，它还可以同of which互换）, 例如： They rushed over to help the man whose car had broken down. 那人车坏了，大家都跑过去帮忙。

6、 Please pass me the book whose (of which) cover is greenwhom指人，在定语从句中充当宾语，常可省略。

7、 (1) Mr. Liu is the person (whom) you talked about on the bus. (2) Mr. Ling is just the boy whom I want to see. 注意：关系代词whom在口语和非正式语体中常用who代替，可省略。

8、 (3) The man who/whom you met just now is my friend. 。
